PerformanceIN are thrilled to announce that entries to the fifth International Performance Marketing Awards are now open.
The ceremony will take place in-person on October 18th, and we can’t wait to see you all there for an evening of celebration of the best minds in the performance and affiliate industries.
The Awards will take place at the 5* Landmark Hotel in London and promises to be an exceptional evening of networking and celebration of who’s who in performance marketing.
The IPMAs will once again take place the night before PI LIVE London begins, kickstarting a week of all things performance.
PerformanceIN Founder Matthew Wood comments on the launch: “With over 20 award ceremonies under our belt, we are thrilled to be launching the 5th global edition of the Performance Marketing Awards. And equally thrilled to be back, live in person this October for what will be one of the first gatherings of the industry since the start of the pandemic.”
This year, our categories have been updated to account for industry evolution. Included this year are new categories for Social Commerce, Programmatic Advertising, and Best Brand Performance Campaign, as well as ‘One to Watch’, which will recognise exceptional changemakers who are pushing the boundaries of performance marketing across the globe.
There’s also the Best Use of Performance during COVID. This category aims to recognise the achievements of those who have successfully adapted their strategies and navigated the challenges of the pandemic, benefiting both customers and the brand.
Matthew adds: “Social Commerce makes its debut alongside Best Brand Performance Campaign. This category recognises a campaign where brand and performance teams have combined or worked together to drive success for a brand. A long-overdue addition.
“We’ve also rebadged the Rising Star for the global edition of the awards to ‘One to Watch’ removing the limitation of having less than 6 years of experience, to truly recognise the changemakers in our industry around the globe.”

New Voting Process
As in previous years, voting will be used in conjunction with the judges scores to determine the winner of Best Affiliate Network, Best SaaS Platform and Best Performance Marketing Agency.
This year, the community will need to register to vote in the voted categories. This enables us to qualify every single vote, and allocate scores based on company size, revenue and other data points, whilst still counting the votes of smaller affiliates and partners.
There will be one vote per company, with full details of how to register to vote being announced in the coming weeks.
Matthew comments: “With a global voting process comes challenges. Therefore we’ve adopted for the first time a register to vote process. This enables the team to qualify every vote, and for us to score based on revenue from performance marketing, company size and other factors whilst still enabling the smaller affiliates to have their say with our one vote per company policy.”
